So today I would like to talk about stress and ways of coping with stress. As you know, I am a psychology's student, majoring in counseling. we did study about stress and many more.
semua orang pun mesti ada alami stress, tak kira banyak or sedikit. mostly students and workers sangat terbeban dengan stress. tak kiralah eustress or distress. As if you don't know what is eustress and distress, let me explain to you.
As my lecturer said:
Eustress is anything that are challenging. while distress is anything that are threatening.
And if you don't know, everyday kita akan merasa sedikit tekanan. contohnya, kita nak mandi tapi air tiba-tiba tiada. or kita kena cepat pergi kelas but then bas lambat datang. That's the examples of simple stress. Actually, benda-benda macam ne kalau dikumpul, akan jadi stress besar juga :D
So, how to cope with stress? Different people have different ways of coping. Mine are these:
1. Drink enough water.
3. Sleep :D
4. Picnic :D
