well, today bangun awal sedikit dari kebiasaan. even tak cukup tidur lagi, bangun juga. bangun pagi terus pergi dapur, bancuh kopi. muahaha. bantai ja apa yg ada. and makan cekodok. gila betul dalam beberapa hari ne, sebab serius tak dapat tidur. setakat tak dapat tidur tuh boleh terima lagi, tapi kalau sampai rasa sengal dan stress sebab tak dapat nak lelap mata. It's eating me from the inside. ceh, ayat semata-mata.
Insomnia is difficulty getting to sleep or staying sleep, or having nonrefreshing sleep for at least 1 month.
Causes by ?
- Alcohol
- Anxiety
- Coffee
- Stress
- Difficulty falling asleep on most nights.
- Feeling tired during the day or falling asleep during the day.
- Not feeling refresh when you wake up.
- Waking up several times during sleep.
- Avoid alcohol, caffeine and nicotine before bed.
- Don't take day time naps.
- Eat at regular times each day.
- Go to bed at the same time every night.
- Keep comfortable sleeping conditions.
